WORKSHOP BALANCING

We have workshop facility for the balancing activities. After repair work of fan impellers, pump overhauling we have to ensure the unbalance in the rotating equipment is within allowable limits as per ISO 1940 standard. We have balancing machine in which the rotors are placed and will check the residual unbalance in the rotors. If the residual unbalance is more we will add/remove the weights from the rotor and ensure the unbalance is acceptable as per ISO standard.
